1.1 Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs. Shipping rates and delivery times depend on your location, the shipping method selected, and the weight and size of the products ordered. You will see the available shipping options and their costs during the checkout process.

1.2 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Processing times may vary based on product availability, order volume, and any customization requests. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

1.3 Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time vary based on the shipping method chosen and your location. Please refer to the following general delivery timeframes:

• Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days, Shipping by Road
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days, Express Shipping by Air or Road
• Overnight Shipping: 1 business day, generally available in same city

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays due to factors such as weather conditions, carrier issues, or high order volume are beyond our control.

1.4 Delivery Time for Non-Stock Items

Delivery time may be different for each product availability tags, please refer below item tag.

'Available'

The Seller might not have the item in stock but can procure it when an order is placed for the item. The delivery time will depend on the estimated procurement time and the estimated shipping time to your location.

'Preorder' or 'Forthcoming'

Such items are expected to be released soon and can be pre-booked for you. The item will be shipped to you on the day of it's official release launch and will reach you in 2 to 6 business days. The Preorder duration varies from item to item. Once known, release time and date is mentioned. (Eg. 5th May, August 3rd week)

'Out of Stock'

Currently, the item is not available for sale. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to know once it is available for purchase.

'Imported'

Sometimes, items have to be sourced by Sellers from outside India. These items are mentioned as 'Imported' on the product page and can take at least 15 days or more to be delivered to you.

'Back In Stock Soon'

The item is popular and is sold out. You can however 'book' an order for the product and it will be shipped according to the timelines mentioned by the Seller.

'Temporarily Unavailable'

The product is currently out of stock and is not available for purchase. The product could be in stock soon. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to know when it is available for purchase.

'Permanently Discontinued'

This product is no longer available because it is obsolete and/or its production has been discontinued.

1.5 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

1.6 Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within India only. If you are located outside our shipping areas, please contact our customer support team to inquire about potential shipping options.

1.7 Shipping Issues

If you encounter any issues with your shipment, such as a delayed delivery or damaged package, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
